At Compassion Coalition, our ongoing commitment to aiding communities and individuals in need takes another significant step forward. We are excited to announce our latest initiative focused on supporting veterans, a group that holds a special place in our mission to serve those who have served us.
We are collaborating with the Resource Exchange Association (REA), a veteran-managed non-profit organization founded in 1984 by Mr. C.R. “Bud” Shepherd, a WWII veteran and former POW. REA has been instrumental in aiding veterans, especially those wounded in service since September 11, 2001, through their REAch Wounded Veteran Program. This program is particularly known for providing free, fully equipped toolboxes to wounded veterans, a gesture of gratitude and practical support for their immense sacrifices.
Compassion Coalition, under the leadership of CEO Mike Servello, recognizes the profound impact that this collaboration can have on the lives of veterans. Our joint efforts are directed towards ensuring that veterans receive not just the recognition they deserve but also tangible support that can aid them in their daily lives and endeavors. We recently sent this wonderful organization over $850,000 in products. The trucks were full with items that will help our veterans.
This initiative reflects our deep respect and gratitude for our veterans. They have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom, and it is our honor to contribute to their well-being in return. We are committed to utilizing our resources and network to ensure the success of this initiative, focusing on providing meaningful assistance and support to veterans.
As we embark on this new initiative with REA, Compassion Coalition reaffirms its dedication to serving those in need. We are proud to be part of an effort that honors the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans, and we look forward to making a positive impact in their lives.
